Terms of Service
Effective August 19, 2026. Draft Depot Fantasy and News (“Draft Depot”).
1. The app
Draft Depot Fantasy and News is a fantasy sports and sports news product. It is entertainment, not gambling, not a bank, and not a broker. You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA) to create an account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your login. Do not share passwords. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat contests, or harass other users. You can delete your data in Settings.
3. Bobble Bucks
Bobble Bucks are a licensed virtual currency for use only inside Draft Depot Fantasy and News. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable out of the app except as we expressly allow (for example, in-app bobblehead trades). We may change earn rates. Unused Bucks are forfeited if you delete your account, except where law requires otherwise.
4. Wagers
Head-to-head wagers spend Bobble Bucks only. There is no real-money betting, no cash payout, and no conversion to fiat. Wagers are skill contests using fantasy scoring. If you lose a wager, those Bucks are consumed. Draft Depot may void a wager that looks like abuse or a client error.
5. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Optional purchases are sold as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play (or on web for preview). Prices are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions (Spark $8/mo, All-Pro $10/mo, Legend $12/mo) automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Manage or cancel in your device subscription settings. Restore Purchases re-applies a valid receipt to this account. All sales of virtual items are final except where Apple, Google, or law requires a refund.
6. User content
Chat, trades, and lineup names are your content. Don’t post illegal, hateful, or sexual content involving minors. We may remove it and report it.
7. Live data
Scores, play-by-play, and news are provided as-is from third parties (including ESPN’s public feeds). We do not guarantee completeness or delay.
8. Liability
Draft Depot Fantasy and News is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost Bucks, missed lineups, outages, or third-party data errors. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a notice in the app means you accept the new terms. Governing law: Texas, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
