Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026. Last updated August 22, 2026. Draft Depot (“we,” “us,” “the app”), operated from Texas, USA. By creating an account, checking the 18+ box, or paying, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The product
Draft Depot is a fantasy sports, sports news, and editorial-picks product. It is entertainment and information. It is not a sportsbook, casino, bank, broker, money transmitter, investment adviser, or gambling operator. No real-money bets are accepted, matched, or paid out here. Locks are our opinions about games — not tickets, not wagers we place for you, and not a promise that a pick will win. You must be 18 or older. If your state or country sets a higher age for fantasy, sweepstakes, or paid digital goods, that higher age applies. We confirm age in the app before an account or a purchase. You represent that the 18+ box you check is true.
2. Not affiliated with the leagues
Draft Depot is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, or any club, player, or players’ association. Team names and abbreviations appear as nominative fair use so you can tell which club a score or roster belongs to. Team badges and event artwork come from TheSportsDB under their paid artwork license and are shown as-is, with attribution. Player photos come from TheSportsDB custom artwork (paid subscriber license, with attribution) and from Wikimedia Commons files whose licenses allow commercial reuse. College football in this app uses player names and team marks, not college player photos. We do not sell player likenesses or print them on merch.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your login. Do not share passwords. One person, one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service, cheat contests, harass other users, scrape the app, resell picks or data, open stacks of accounts, reverse-engineer the product, or try to cash out Bobble Bucks. You may not use the app where it is illegal. You can delete your data in Settings. Deleted accounts forfeit unused Bucks except where law requires otherwise.
4. Memberships — what you pay for
Entitlements are enforced on the server. A badge in the UI is not access. Free: the top 2 Locks of the week, a short preview, a High / Medium / Risky label, one daily spin, and the rest of the app (fantasy, Lab, scores, news). Premium ($4.99/mo): 5 full write-ups, a 1–10 confidence score, most of Insights, 100 Bobble Bucks each week. Premium Plus ($7.99/mo): the whole weekly slate (usually 7–10 locks), all of Insights, insight news reads, Trade Analyzer and waiver wire, a second daily spin, Plus cosmetics, 15% off Rewards store items priced in Bobble Bucks, 200 Bobble Bucks each week. That Rewards discount does not apply to real-money Bobble Buck packs. Paid access is checked on the server on every request. Canceling turns off renewal; you keep the plan you paid for until the period ends. Membership is sold for write-ups, tools, and cosmetics — not for a promised win rate or payout.
5. Auto-renewal (including California and ROSCA)
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel in Store at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep everything you paid for until the period ends. Each paid period is 30 days. Before you pay we show the plan name, price, length, that it renews until you cancel, and where to cancel (Store). You must check a box confirming renewal. Cancel in Store at any time; if you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, you will not be charged for the next period. If you cancel, you keep every paid perk until the period ends — we do not strip access the minute you tap cancel. Restore Purchases re-applies a valid receipt for the remaining paid window. We will not charge a new price without showing it first.
6. Bobble Bucks
Bobble Bucks are a licensed virtual currency for use only inside Draft Depot. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable out of the app except as we expressly allow. New accounts get a one-time starter stack. League place prizes pay after that league’s regular season is over, not when you join. Weekly membership grants land once per ISO week while the plan is active. Unused Bucks are forfeited if you delete your account, except where law requires otherwise. Bucks are a limited license to use in-app features. They are not a deposit, stored value, or gift card. We may change prices, packs, or sink items; Bucks already in your account stay spendable on then-available items.
7. Contests, Lab, and Locks
Head-to-head wagers and Lab contests spend Bobble Bucks only. There is no cash payout and no conversion to fiat. These are skill contests using fantasy scoring, not chance wagers against the house, and not bets under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act because Bucks are not redeemable for money. Draft Depot may void a contest that looks like abuse, a client error, or a scoring glitch. Locks are editorial insight. They are not sports-betting advice, not a recommendation to wager real money, and not a ticket we place. If you take a Lock to a sportsbook, that is your decision and your risk. We do not operate in, and you may not use paid Locks from, any place that forbids this kind of product.
8. Daily spin
The daily spin is a free promotional game of chance for virtual prizes with no cash value. No purchase is necessary. Logging in is enough. Odds and official rules are on the Sweepstakes page. 18+ only. Void where prohibited. Buying a membership does not change prize odds except that Premium Plus includes a second free daily spin as a stated perk.
9. Payments, taxes, and refunds
Optional purchases are sold through the App Store, Google Play, or our web checkout (Stripe when live; sandbox cards in preview). Prices are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or card at confirmation. You authorize us (or Apple, Google, or Stripe) to charge that method for the amount shown and for renewals you did not cancel. Prices are in US dollars unless marked otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes a platform or law adds at checkout. Digital goods are generally not refundable once delivered, except where Apple, Google, Stripe, or law requires a refund (including certain EU/UK cooling-off rules, and accidental charges we can confirm). Chargebacks filed in bad faith are grounds to suspend the account. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of an accidental charge and we will look at it. Live Stripe charges go to Draft Depot’s Stripe account; we never see your full card number when Stripe Checkout or a live key is used.
10. Live data and artwork
Scores come from The Odds API and TheSportsDB, as listed on Sources. Team badges and event art come from TheSportsDB. Player photos come from TheSportsDB custom artwork on our paid key, plus Wikimedia Commons files that allow commercial reuse. Those providers allow this kind of consumer sports app on the plans we named. We do not use ESPN unofficial JSON, Sleeper, Google News RSS, or NPR feeds. News headlines and insight reads are written by us in our own words from licensed scores, licensed artwork, and public facts. The desk is a home-league voice — unkind to fake usage, straight on the facts — and it is still original copy. We do not host full third-party articles. We do not guarantee completeness, delay, or correctness. Optional insight news reads use xAI when a key is configured. Player names, teams, positions, and scores are facts. We do not claim a league or players’ association license.
11. Records and no guarantees
The Locks win–loss board only counts picks we have graded after the game is final. We do not advertise a historical win rate we did not earn in this product. Sample or look-ahead cards are labeled as such. A past result does not promise a future result. Locks can lose. You may lose Bucks in Lab. Membership is sold for write-ups and tools, not for a promised return. Nothing in the app is financial, legal, or betting advice.
12. User content
Chat, trades, lineups, comments, and display names are your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content inside the app so the product can run. You keep ownership. Don’t post illegal, hateful, or sexual content involving minors, or anyone’s private information. We may remove it and report it. You are responsible for what you post.
13. Responsible use

14. Copyright / DMCA
To send a DMCA notice: [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, your contact info, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or agent. We will remove material we reasonably believe infringes and may terminate repeat infringers.
15. Sponsorships
Draft Depot may sell a small number of first-party sponsored placements. Every advertiser is reviewed before anything goes live. We do not run an ad network or behavioral ads. We do not run gambling, sportsbook, daily fantasy for cash, casino, tobacco, weapons, payday, or adult ads. Payment for a placement is by invoice after we accept — we do not collect advertising money inside the app. Live placements are labeled Sponsored and include a Report control. The Sponsorship policy and Advertise page are part of these terms.
16. Apple, Google, and third parties
If you download Draft Depot from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance. Your use of Apple services is also under Apple’s terms. The same idea applies to Google Play. Stripe processes live card payments under Stripe’s terms when a live key is on. Third-party sites we link are not under our control.
17. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
Draft Depot is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for lost Bucks, missed lineups, outages, scoring disputes, or third-party data errors. Picks can lose. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted. You will indemnify Draft Depot and its operator against claims that arise from your content, your misuse of the app, or your taking Locks to a real-money book.
18. Changes, shutdown, notices, and law
We may update these terms. We will date the change in this page. Continued use after that notice means you accept the new terms for going-forward use. If we shut the product down, paid members keep access through the period already paid, or we refund the unused part of that period if we cannot. Notices: in-app or [email protected]. Governing law: the State of Texas, USA, except where your local consumer law cannot be waived. Venue: state or federal courts in McLennan County, Texas, unless a mandatory consumer venue applies. If a section is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms plus the Privacy Policy, Sources, Sweepstakes rules, Sponsorship policy, and Responsible gaming page are the whole agreement for the app.
